The Veterinary Assistant program concludes with an externship, providing you with real workplace experience before you graduate.
As a college student pursuing training in Veterinary Assistant certificate, you will be required to complete 31 veterinary assistant credit hours and 8 general education credit hours.
During your time at Broadview College, you’ll work hands-on with animals in our labs. You’ll even participate in a school externship at a local facility so you can have on-the-job training before you even graduate.
